You will only be able to RP when your character bio and techniques have been approved!
As soon as they are done, you should sign up for a bank account and a dorm!
When they are done, you will be able to RP easier as you be be able to go to shops and have your dorm to hang out in!
Here is a current list of those who are able to RP!
